We know meeting someone for the first time can be intimidating, and going to a new church for the first time can be nerve-racking. We want to help make your first visit with us a great one!

Bethany Baptist Church meets every week and offers identical service times in person or online:

• Sundays at 10:00 AM | 11:00 AM | 2:00 PM (Note, the 2:00 service may start as late as 3:00 PM)
• Wednesday nights at 7:00 PM

It's hard to know what you don't know! Here are a few of the main things you can expect when you visit us.

First, you'll be greeted and folks are pretty friendly. There is a lot of talking and visiting before and after the main services.

Once the service starts, the following components are part of every service:

• We'll read the Bible together. The Scripture text will be on the screens.
• We'll sing - we sing hymns in a traditional style.
• God's Word will be opened and explained in a sermon or lesson.
• You'll be invited to respond to God's Word.

On afternoon and evening services, folks are invited to share and the services are more interactive. For Bible Study and Sunday School, participation is encouraged.

Our Wednesday evening service is more personal format: testimonies, prayer requests, and answers to prayer are shared at this time.

An average service is about 60 minutes in length. Services usually begin with music and Bible reading - song lyrics and Scripture passages are projected onto the screens so you can join in however you feel most comfortable. After the music portion of service is complete, a Bible message will be delivered that explains truth and how it impacts our lives.

We're normal people with an awesome God at Bethany Baptist: we welcome visitors, we pray for folks who request prayer, and we desire that people will become closer to God because of their visit with us.

We believe that kids and the youth should be part of every service: if you want your children to stay with you during the main services, you're welcomed to keep them there. We do provide a nursery and provide kids church for those who want their children to be there.

Our Youth have periodic activities on and off the campus of the church.
